We Have to Face the End.

" and now my end is near. I have to face my final curtain. "

Death can't be conquered by anyone or by anything. It is inevitable, this is the only end everyone has to face and it is certain.

2 days ago, my uncle died because of Cancer. But before giving up his life, he made the " thumb up " sign because he cannot utter any words anymore. Thumbs up! What does this mean? ano nga ba ibig sabihin ng thumbs up? Does this means okay? okay na umalis na siya at iwan lahat ng taong mahal niya? Okay na siya na makitang his son is now stable at work? Okay na siya na makitang his youngest had already graduated? or Okay na lang siya. Okay na lang siya dahil ayaw niya na makitang his family is suffering emotionally, financially, and spiritually. There are still so many reasons why he thumbs up. And the real reason? No one knows, but him.

Life. We cannot have it until the end. Kahit kailan, sa kahit paanong paraan, if it's your time, it's your time. That's it. Pero alin ba ang mas masakit? Yung biglaan? O yung napaghandaan? Yung makikita mo munang naghihirap o yung within a snap nawala na lang bigla? ano nga ba mas masakit sa mga taong naiwang lumuluha ang puso? Para sa akin? Walang mas masakit o mas magaan dalhin. You both lose your loved one, at sa kahit paanong paraan, mabilis o mabagal man, pareho kayong nawalan. You both have to adjust to a new life without that person with you physically. You both have to think of ways how to go on with your lives. you both have to accept that it's the time to let go.

Letting go.

Does this mean forgetting? yes. no. maybe. Whatever the answer is, no doubt that the heart will never forget. The mind may lose all the memories, but never the heart. The mind may forget how it feels to be with the one you lose, but never the heart. This is merely because the mind may experience amnesia but never the heart. And this heart, our hearts will forever miss the person we lose. Our hearts will forever long to be with the person we lose.

Hindi na maibabalik ang nawalang buhay. Pero wala namang nagsabi na hindi na pwedeng buhayin sa ating mga puso ang buhay ng mga nawala na. We may lose YOU physically, but in our hearts you will forever live. In our hearts, your legacy will always blaze.
